All our fax service user can have an Abacus Fax office set up for them free of charge. It is a small but powerful tool to provide you with the capacity to administer your fax contacts. You can add nicknames to your various fax contacts saving you the trouble of having to look them up by their fax number. The fax office allows you to directly send faxes with attachments, you can determine when the fax is supposed to be delivered and can even set up a 'fax signature' which is added to the top line of the fax sent to your contact. The fax office also allows you to administer the fax numbers and the information for your broadcast fax or chain-fax. You can monitor what fax number(s) do not work correctly, when the last fax was sent to a specific number and for a minimal fee can have these reports stored by Abacus making them accessible by you wherever you may go. Additionally you can set up a FaxIn service for a small fee that will allow you to receive faxes via email. This service is currently being prepared for operation and is as yet unavailable. |
